INTER-PARTY DIALOGUE ENDROSES PRESIDENT’S SPEECH

The Inter-party political dialogue has officially endorsed president Kiir’s Speech, at the Assembly Hall on Monday. During the opening discussion, the Rapporteur Dr. Martin Elia Lomuro reads the speech of President Salva Kiir before the attendants in the dialogue, reiterating president Kiir’s call on political parties to honour and respect the decision on no further extension for the government and all attention should be focused on the December 22nd 2026 elections. Elia further highlighted the key four areas related to matters concerned with elections roadmap, which includes: Legal roadmap, Administrative roadmap, Logistics roadmap, Security roadmap and the ongoing Inter-Party Political Dialogue respectively. Meanwhile, the Chairperson of Inter-Party Political Dialogue, Tut Gatluak Manime commended the president bold move to dissolve the government and convened Inter-Party Dialogue, to pave way for smooth democratic elections.
