The Caretaker Governor of Upper Nile State, James Koang Chuol reaffirms government commitment to promote unity, peace and security stability across the state. He made the remark while addressing a reception ceremony organized at his residence in juba on Friday. Caretaker Koang Chuol says unity, peace and security stability are a collective responsibilities and he urges all five communities of upper Nile state to co-exist and live peacefully with their neighboring communities to pave ways for development and property in the region. Chuol calls on all people of upper Nile state to prepare for first post-independence general election in December 2026.
