Expectations are high as Ateny Wek Ateny returns to the Ministry of Information, Communication, Technology and Postal Services as Caretaker Minister. As part of the caretaker cabinet entrusted by President Salva Kiir to steer government institutions towards peaceful elections, Minister Ateny is expected to strengthen the ministry’s operations and improve service delivery.
