South Sudan is pledging to make telecommunications more inclusive to vulnerable and disabled communities across the region. This comes during a meeting between the South Sudan Minister of ICT, Ateny Wek Ateny and the outgoing Secretary General of the African Telecommunication Union, Engineer John Komo. The Minister praises Komo leadership and welcomes his successor, Zambia Engineer Kesiaz Mwale who took over ATU Secretariat for the next four years.
