Caretaker Minister of Information, Communication Technology and Postal Services, Ateny Wek Ateny says government will provide equal access to political parties and candidates participating in the upcoming general elections. In an interview with SSBC, Minister Ateny, says SSBC as national Broadcaster, will be used primarily for civic and voter education to inform citizens about the electoral process. He says South Sudan has the capacity to conduct peaceful, free and transparent elections, describing the polls as an opportunity for citizens to choose their government.
