The United Kingdom Ambassador to South Sudan, David Ashley has commended South Sudan’s government for the continued cooperation between Juba and London in multiple key programs that include Public Financial Management-Oversight Committee [PFM-OC], a body currently headed by Finance Minister and Co-chaired by ambassador. Ambassador Ashley’s remarks follow his today’s meeting with the Minister of Finance and Planning, Kuol Daniel Ayulo, whom he has briefed about the end of his deployment in South Sudan. Minister Ayulo expressed satisfaction with the role being played by the government of United Kingdom in broadening humanitarian aid and developmental projects in South Sudan. While stressing continued support for the incoming UK Ambassador, Minister Ayulo wishes outgoing Ambassador Asley well, as he embarks on a new mission in his home country
