President Kiir Endorses SPLM Youth League Grassroots Drive Ahead Of December Elections

SPLM Chairman and President Salva Kiir, has  endorsed a grassroots mobilisation and organisational restructuring strategy by the SPLM Youth League, as the ruling party steps up preparations for the December general elections. The President also bid farewell to the outgoing Dutch Ambassador to South Sudan, Paul Tholen, whose tour of duty has come to an end.
