The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ambassador Akuei Bona Malual, has opened a three-day diplomatic programme on International Humanitarian Law and Humanitarian Diplomacy in Juba. The training, held at the Ministry’s headquarters, brings together diplomats from different departments to strengthen their knowledge and skills in international humanitarian law and humanitarian diplomacy.
