WARRAP MARKS WORLD WATER DAY WITH PUSH FOR EQUAL WATER SERVICES

Authorities in Warrap State have called for stronger collaboration to ensure equitable water service delivery, as the state marked World Water Day under the theme “Water and Gender” and the slogan “Where Water Flows, Equality Grows.”

The State Ministry of Cooperatives and Rural Development, in partnership with aid organizations organizes the event.

Speaking at the gathering, State Minister of Cabinet Affairs, Saverino Philip Bazia, urged partners and government institutions to work closely to make water services more accessible across the state.  NGO representative Lino Ajang Ajang has reaffirmed partners’ commitment to collaborating with the government in service delivery.
