According to the report, the most affected states are Jonglei, Lakes, Unity, Upper Nile, and Warrap.<o:p></o:p></p><p >Speaking at the event, the Acting Undersecretary in the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, David Batali, confirmed the findings.<o:p></o:p></p><p> </p><p >Professor Julia Duany noted that flooding has worsened infrastructure damage, health conditions, and food insecurity across the affected regions.<o:p></o:p></p>
