The leadership of the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM) has warned caretaker governors and party officials against interfering in the party’s primary elections and congresses in Unity State. The warning follows a report presented to the SPLM leadership by a high-level committee that returned to Juba after encountering challenges while organizing the party’s electoral activities in the state.
