Dr. Morgan Represents S. Sudan At The 74th Extraordinary IGAD Session In Djibouti

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Dr. ames Pitia Morgan, participates in the 74th Extraordinary Session of the IGAD Council of Ministers in Djibouti.
