The National Minister of Roads and Bridges, Peter Lam Both says Juba and Nairobi have agreed to advance the construction of Juba – Torit – Nadapal road to boost regional trade. Minister Lam Both made the remarks shortly after touching at Juba International airport from Nairobi, Kenya where he participated in high-level bilateral meetings between South Sudan and Kenya.
