Over fifty participants nominated to represent lakes state government in the ongoing consultation on drafting East Africa community constitution for political federation . They include chiefs, civil society, people living with disabilities. Addressing the occasion on Wednesday in lakes state, Akec Machiek Yor, representing the state caretaker governor confirms peacefully coexistence.
The deputy secretary General of East Africa Community, Andrea Aguer Ariik says the ongoing community-based consultations would regional integration. Head of experts on political confederation consultations, Dr Benjamin Joses Odoki acknowledges positive participations among the grassroots towards shaping the drafting of the East Africa constitution for political confederation.
