As the SPLM launches primary elections across the country, its aspirants have begun grassroots campaigns to convince voters. Among them is parliamentary aspirant Akot Lual Arech, who is seeking the Gogrial West parliamentary seat of Constituency Five. Akot has travelled to his ancestral home in Gogrial West, Warrap State, to launch his service-centered manifesto. Dressed in red, Akot marched alongside his supporters, demonstrating their enthusiasm and solidarity as he formally entered the race for the parliamentary seat, donating nine boreholes to communities in need.
