The Caretaker Governor of Central Equatoria State, General Augustino Jadalla Kamilo Wani, has inspected Kapuri Bridge following heavy rains that disrupted movement between Kapuri and Kabu. Juba County Executive Director Alfatih Margani Agal says rising water levels submerged the temporary crossing, disrupting access to schools, businesses and other services. He says heavy trucks managed to cross in the morning, but movement remains difficult for other road users.
