SPLM REAFFIRMS COMMITMENT TO DECEMBER 2026 ELECTIONS

The SPLM leadership has assured the African Union of its commitment to holding elections in December 2026.

During discussions with the AU Head of Mission, SPLM Secretary-General Dr. Akol highlighted the party’s historical role and ongoing efforts in advancing peace and political transition.

Meanwhile, SPLM Secretary for Political Affairs and Mobilization, Ambassador Andruga, outlined the outcomes of the meeting, emphasizing the importance of continued dialogue, security, and institutional reforms.
