She notes that basketball has become a powerful force in uniting the people of South Sudan, describing the sports as a symbol of national pride and cohesion.<o:p></o:p></p><p> </p><p > The Minister also reaffirms the government's commitment to developing sports across the country, pledging to advocate for greater investment in basketball infrastructure, modern facilities and sports equipment in both the national capital and the states. Expressing pride in the Bright Stars' achievements, she says she would continue championing increased support for sports, with a particular focus on basketball, to help nurture future talent. Before leaving Cameroon, the Minister bid farewell to the players and coaching staff, encouraging them to remain united, resilient and committed as they continue their qualification campaign as South Sudan finishes Second in Group A.<o:p></o:p></p>
