Peace Advisor Holds a Series of Talks with ICT Minister & Religious Council

The Presidential Advisor for Peace, Peter Charleman Cawach holds a series of talks with the Minister of Information, Communications Technology, and Postal Services, Ateny Wek Ateny and South Sudan religious council. Their meeting with the ICT minister focused on addressing

challenges facing the media, particularly the South Sudan Broadcasting Corporation (SSBC), towards elevating its coverage across the states and administrative areas ahead of elections. Minister Ateny has reaffirmed the Ministry’s commitment to supporting the transformation of SSBC into national broadcaster accountable to citizens.

In a meeting with the South Sudan religious council led by Deputy chairperson Malok Panmadho, discussions strengthened shared efforts to promote peace and unity across the country.
