GOVERNOR ADIL RECEIVES EXHAUSTIVE BRIEFING FROM COMMISSIONER HUDA

The Governor of Central Equatoria State, Emmanuel Adil Anthony, has received an exhaustive briefing from the Commissioner of Lainya County, Huda Micah Laila, focusing on the security situation and ongoing agricultural activities in the county. Addressing the Governor in Juba on Tuesday, Commissioner Huda Micah Laila said the security situation in Lainya County remains calm and stable despite minor incidents currently being handled by law enforcement agencies. The Commissioner further noted that residents across the county are actively engaging in agricultural activities as the rainy season continues, describing farming as a key priority for local communities during this period.

 

Governor Emmanuel Adil Anthony commended the county leadership for restoring tranquillity in Lainya and called for continued cooperation between county authorities and organized security forces to sustain peace and stability. The Governor also reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to supporting and strengthening security operations as well as developmental activities across the county. Authorities in Central Equatoria State say continued cooperation between local leaders, security organs, and communities remains essential in maintaining peace and promoting development in Lainya County.
