UN Reaffirms Support For South Sudan’s Electoral Preparations

Minister of Presidential Affairs, Africano Mande Gedima, on Tuesday engages in discussions with the UN Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of UNMISS, Anita Kiki Gbeho, on  South Sudan’s electoral preparations, security, humanitarian access, and the UN mission’s new mandate.  Anita says the discussions focused on the ongoing inter-party dialogue which is an important platform for resolving outstanding issues ahead of the electoral process.
