During the Youth Leadership Dialogue Conference in Juba, the Minister of Youth and Sports, Atong Kuol Manyang Juk, has urged young people to unite and reject antisocial habits affecting social harmony to ensure their economic development. For his part, the deputy chairperson of the National Youth Union, Motwakil Awol Mamour, expressed concern about the involvement of young people in inappropriate activities through the misuse of media, advising that the social media should be used in a positive manner. Aguer Malual, the representative of the South Sudanese Women Political Minds organization, expressed the organization’s role and efforts in contributing to women’s participation in decision-making and taking on a leading community role.
