According to the project strategy, the airport's capacity ranges from 500 to 1,000 passengers per year. The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport, Paul Dhel Gum, stated that the meeting also discussed the possibility of extending the airport runway to 3.5 kilometers up from 2.1 kilometers.<b><o:p></o:p></b></p>
