South Sudan has reaffirmed its diplomatic ties with the State of Qatar after the high-level delegation led by Presidential Adviser on National Security Affairs Tut Gatluak Manime and Foreign Affairs Minister Dr. James Pitia Morgan, returned to Juba from Doha, where it delivered President Salva Kiir Mayardit’s message of condolence following the passing of Qatar’s former Emir and Father Emir.
