South Sudan Seeks South Korea’s Support In Education Reforms

The Speaker of the Transitional National Legislative Assembly, Rt. Hon. Joseph Ngere Päciko has called for stronger cooperation with South Korea in advancing education reforms and national development as both nations share similarities in devastating wars for self-determination and national rebuilding. He cites South Korea’s transformation from post-war recovery to economic prosperity as a lesson on the importance of education and mind-set change. The Speaker appeals for Korean support in curriculum reform, teacher training, and the establishment of smart schools, while pledging parliamentary action to include mind-set education in South Sudan’s national curriculum.
