President Kiir Cautions Caretaker Officials To Stay Within Constitutional Mandate

President Salva Kiir is cautioning caretaker government officials to remain within their constitutional mandates, deliver on their responsibilities, and stay accountable for their actions. The President says officials must be given the space to perform their duties, but warns that failure to respect the limits of their constitutional responsibilities will have consequences. President Kiir makes the remarks during the swearing-in of Caretaker Minister of Health Dak Duop Bichok, National Bureau of Statistics Board Chairperson Dr. Dier Tong Ngor, and Board members.
