VP Dr. Igga, Church Delegation Strengthen Peace & National Reconciliation

Vice President for the Economic Cluster, Dr. James Wani Igga, says stability has returned, encouraging South Sudanese living in neighbouring countries and across the diaspora to return home and contribute to nation-building. Dr. Igga made the appeal following a meeting with a delegation from the Ministry of Repentance and Holiness led by Archbishop Godi Wilson John, which focused on strengthening cooperation between the government and the church in promoting peace. Dr. Igga praises Christian denominations for their role in advancing peace, forgiveness, unity, and reconciliation across the country. Archbishop Godi Wilson John says the ministry remains committed to promoting healing and reconciliation across South Sudan.
