As the country moves closer to elections, drawing national, regional, and international attention, President Salva Kiir Mayardit has embarked on a regional engagement by traveling to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, for a bilateral meeting with Ethiopian Prime Minister Dr. Abiy Ahmed.
In a media statement at Juba International Airport, Presidential Press Secretary Arek Ajou Deng says that President Kiirβs visit to Addis Ababa is part of ongoing bilateral engagements between the two countries.
