President Kiir’s presence reflected the nation’s solidarity with the respected elder statesman, who was heavily involved in shaping the judiciary from the pre-independence era through the early years of the nation. His death has been described by many including his colleagues a great loss for the country as contributed to the liberation struggle of the independence and the building of state institutions from 1988 to 2004.<o:p></o:p></p>
