GOV’T COMMENDS MSF FOR ITS CONTINUED RELIEF & MEDICAL SERVICES

<p >The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ambassador Dr. James Pitia Morgan, has commended Médecins Sans Frontières, known as Doctors without borders, for its continued humanitarian and healthcare services in the country, pledging cooperation to address challenges affecting humanitarian operations. Dr. Morgan made the remarks during a meeting with Christian Katzer, General Director of Médecins Sans Frontières Germany, who is on a working visit to South Sudan to assess the organization’s operations and health interventions across the country. The General Director also presented the organization’s 2026 quarterly operations report and highlighted key challenges affecting the delivery of healthcare services in South Sudan. The meeting reflects the continued partnership between the Government of South Sudan and humanitarian organizations in strengthening healthcare services and ensuring assistance reaches communities in need.<o:p></o:p></p>
