SPLM National Secretariat, in partnership with the SPLM Institute for Strategic Studies (SISS), has officially launched the party’s Policy Framework 2026–2031. First Deputy Chairperson, Vice President Dr Wani Igga conveyed a message of president Salva Kiir Mayardit, the chairman of the party to declare the launch of the policy framework to guide SPLM manifesto.
