The Minister of Culture, Museums and National Heritage, Sarah Nyanath, convenes talks with the Ambassador of France to South Sudan, Philippe Michel-Kleisbauer, on ways to strengthen cultural and diplomatic relations between France and South Sudan. The meeting focused on enhancing cooperation in the fields of culture and diplomacy, with the Minister expressing appreciation to the French Ambassador for France’s continued support to South Sudan, particularly in the cultural sector. Minister Sarah confirmed that South Sudan will present next month to UNESCO its nomination of the Boma-Badingilo Migratory Landscape to the World Heritage Centre in Paris, ahead of consideration by the World Heritage Committee at its next session.
