<p >Vice<b> </b>-President for the Economic Cluster, Dr. James Wani Igga, while concluding his Yei peace tour, says elections are inevitable, urging for collective efforts towards mobilising masses to support the ruling SPLM to win December polls. He made the call upon returning to Juba from Yei River County, central Equatoria state, where he engaged the local communities on peace and stability efforts. His Press Secretary Nelson Leju, says Dr. Igga, officially inaugurated Yei University, aimed at providing citizens of Yei and other South Sudanese with greater access to higher education.<o:p></o:p></p>
