The Petroleum Authorities have signed oil and gas Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with BIANCHI Gold Trading Investment Company for investment. The agreement entails comprehensive development opportunities, infrastructure projects, storage and distribution facilities, conducting technical studies, and capacity-building programs for local personnel.
Petroleum Undersecretary, Dr. Santino Ayuel Longar signed the MoU on behalf of the government, while Eng. Abubaker Abass Elzein Ali signed on behalf of BIANCHI Gold Trading Investment Company. Dr. Santino Ayuel emphasizes the importance of strategic partnerships in driving national development.
