Juba, Washington Seek Deeper Bilateral Cooperation

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Dr. James Pitia Morgan has reaffirmed South Sudan’s commitment to strengthening bilateral relations with the United States during a meeting with the U.S. Ambassador to South Sudan, Michael J. Adler in Juba.

During the meeting, Minister Dr. Morgan congratulated Ambassador Adler on the United States’ 250th Independence Anniversary and expressed South Sudan’s appreciation for the continued partnership and engagement between the two countries. The meeting has reaffirmed the commitment of both South Sudan and the United States to maintaining close diplomatic ties and advancing cooperation on issues of mutual interest.
