Joseph Ngere Paciko, calls on South Sudanese youth to reject hate speech and avoid being used as instruments of political violence ahead of the 2026 General Elections. He made the remarks during the closing ceremony of a two-day dialogue on peaceful elections and democratic participation organized by the Political Parties Youth Forum in collaboration with the Ministry of Peace Building and supported by the African Union. The Speaker urges young people to uphold responsible civic conduct, promote national unity and serve as ambassadors of peace. <o:p></o:p></p><p> </p><p >Undersecretary in the Ministry of Peace Building, Pia Philip Michael, encourages participants to share the knowledge gained and promote peace, education and technological innovation within their communities. The Chairperson of the Political Parties Youth Forum, Charles Obech, proposes expanding the dialogue to all states to strengthen civic awareness and encourage peaceful democratic participation across the country.<o:p></o:p></p>
