The Ministry of Public Service and Human Resource Development, in collaboration with line ministries, has inaugurated a high-level steering committee and a technical working group in Juba to oversee functional review and pay and grading reforms. Minister of Public Service Ezekiah Lol Gatkuoth says the initiative is aimed at advancing comprehensive reforms in the public service sector and strengthening transparency and accountability across government institutions.
