The Governor of Unity State, Dr. Joseph Manytuil Wejang, has toured Koch County as part of his state-wide circuit aimed at assessing the status of social services and gathering first-hand information on the challenges facing local communities. Addressing the gathering at Koch Freedom Square, Governor Manytuil commended the Jagei community for maintaining peace and harmony with neighboring communities.
The Governor acknowledged the difficult humanitarian situation facing Koch County and pledged his administration's commitment to improving the provision of social services in the area. Governor Manytuil also appealed to members of the Jagei community who are in opposition to unite with the county authorities and work together in the interest of the community.
