TNLA SPEAKER MEETS SPLM WOMEN LEAGUE TEAM OVER GENDER INCLUSION

The Speaker parliament , Rt. Hon. Joseph Ngere Paciko, has called on the SPLM national women league leaderships to conduct internal power-sharing screening to ensure qualified and committed women are fronted for national positions. This comes during his meeting with the Women League led by its Chairperson Adak Costa, on reviewing Parliament’s role in advancing 3 per cent affirmative action representation for women in the executive arm of government.
