Ten new members of the Sudan People's Liberation Movement-in-Opposition SPLM-IO have been sworn in before the Council of States on Wednesday, presided over by Speaker Daniel Akot Akot. Addressing the occasion, Speaker Akot expresses thanks President Salva Kiir Mayardit for his responsiveness to the recent changes within the SPLM-IO, affirming the government's commitment to working towards peace, stability, and unity for all the people of South Sudan.
