<p >Wani Igga Foundation, in partnership with Holistic Wellness Initiative South Sudan, has distributed food assistance to inmates at Juba National Prison. The food, donated by Spread Through Africa, was transported from Kenya to South Sudan to support vulnerable communities during the rainy season.<b><o:p></o:p></b></p><p >Speaking during the distribution, the Acting Chief Executive Officer of Wani Igga Foundation, Joseph William Lado, said the initiative aims to help bridge food shortages among inmates and other vulnerable groups across the country. The spokesperson of Juba Central Prison, Joseph Benjamin, appreciated the Foundation and its partners for the food donation, saying the support comes at a critical time for inmates. <o:p></o:p></p><p> </p><p >The humanitarian assistance was also extended to Juba Orphanage to support vulnerable children and orphans. The Director of the orphanage Angelo Kenyi Samuel appreciated the donation and thanked the organizations for remembering children in need. In addition, food items have been distributed at Mangateen Camp to support internally displaced persons affected by difficult living conditions. <o:p></o:p></p>
