Caretaker Minister of Cabinet Affairs Dr. Martin Elia Lomurö engages in bilateral talks with Russia’s Ambassador to South Sudan, Aleksandra Kosmodemyansky, ahead of South Sudan’s participation in the upcoming Russia-Africa Summit scheduled for October 2026. Diplomat Aleksandra says the two sides discuss key issues related to the upcoming Russia-Africa Summit, as well as strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries. The meeting comes as South Sudan continues to engage international partners on diplomatic, economic and development cooperation ahead of the summit.
