SPEAKER NGERE STEPS UP CLEANLINESS DRIVE WITHIN PARLIAMENT

To parliament,  where the Speaker Parliament, Rt. Hon. Joseph Ngere Paciko launches a general cleanliness campaign at the Parliament headquarters with the participation of a number of workers and administrators.

Speaker Paciko has called for patience amid the growing economic difficulties affecting the living conditions of the citizens, saying the parliament takes a critical move to establish principles of equality among workers, improve the work environment, and confront any manifestations of injustice or corruption within the Council. The campaign comes as part of the Parliament Presidency's efforts to improve the work environment and strengthen a sense of shared responsibility among its staff.
