<p >The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, in partnership with the UNDP, has awarded professional certificates to 229 diplomats who successfully completed an intensive diplomatic training programme at the Institute for Diplomatic Studies (IDS) in Juba, conducted from 16 March to 25 May 2026.
