<p >The National Security Service’s Internal Security Bureau, ISB, has announced the arrest and detention of three individuals accused of forgery and interference with ongoing investigations. Those arrested are Kom Kom Geng, Ayii Ayii Akol, and Achan Agoth Aciec. According to a statement issued by the ISB, the suspects are facing charges including forgery of signatures, unlawful use of presidential symbols of authority, smuggling of documents, and interference with investigations involving sixteen individuals already detained over alleged financial and related crimes. The suspects are being arrested under several provisions of the Penal Code Act, 2008. The Internal Security Bureau has also warned public officials, foreign nationals, and private business persons operating in South Sudan against engaging in activities that violate national laws, saying such acts constitute criminal offenses punishable under the laws of the land.<o:p></o:p></p>
