Ethiopian Ambassador, Governor Ohisa Discuss Mutual Cooperation

The Ethiopian Ambassador to South Sudan, H.E. Delil Kedir Bushra, paid a courtesy visit on Thursday to the Bank of South Sudan (BoSS) in Juba.

During the meeting, the Ethiopian diplomat and the Governor of Bank of South Sudan (BoSS), Hon. Johnny Ohisa Damian, discussed ways to strengthen cooperation between BoSS and Ethiopia, particularly in the monetary and financial sectors.

Governor Ohisa said the Bank of South Sudan is keen to share experiences with Ethiopia and other regional central banks in areas such as microfinance, financial inclusion, and monetary policy management.

Ambassador Delil highlighted the importance of stronger regional partnerships in investment, banking, electricity connectivity, and road infrastructure to boost trade and support the expansion of commercial banking services across the region.
