Police Confirm the Arrest of an Officer, Who Tormented Rickshaw Ridder for Investigation

The Inspector general of police Gen. Chawul Lom  has confirmed the arrest of Richard Ruai Kuol, the police  officer, who tortured  the rickshaw rider on Tuesday, causing public outcry for justice. The IGP called for calm as the police investigate the incident for justice to prevail, warning citizens against taking law into own hands.

 

Richard Ruai Kuol, a captain in police was seen beating a rickshaw rider along Hai Malakia after allegedly breaking his car side mirrors.
